The hour is late. Even atheists probably would agree to that in terms of the state of this world and the destruction man is soon to mete out. Of course our leadership is merely a reflection of the people at large; and it brings serious inquiry if we face it head on if our nation indeed is Mystery Babylon. The timing of the Rapture and such is a subject for much debate; what shouldn't be at this point is how long God has been patient after endless death literally and figuratively speaking that our "culture" if I can use that phrase has promulgated. We read this in Leviticus 18:25 And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants. Such is the term for the Laodicean church in terms of evaluation; which I argue means that most of them end up in the Tribulation; and a number no doubt are tares to begin with. Nonetheless; it is still mentioned as one of His churches so a remnant certainly still remains until the time of the Rapture even in some really compromised settings. 2 Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. Some in this hour are saddled with sin; if not drowning in perdition. (1 Timothy 6:9). It is hard to differentiate the two; but those who are His children will produce fruit at some point; and that with a much higher cost if they are resistant. Ladies and gentlemen we are entering into perilous times.
